General Registration Information

The conference is open to all who wish to make a presentation or to attend the as an observer. Participants must register and attend the conference in order to present their paper. Non-presenting co-author who wants to attend the conference should register as observer/attending only participant.

It is not possible to pay the registration fee after the conference.

Conference sessions and other conference events are open only to registered participants. Each presenting participant is limited to three papers, either oral or as poster presentation.

To assure your participation in the conference and inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings, your registration fee must be received before registration deadline. If your registration will be late, or if you have difficulties making the payments, please contact our office or send us an e-mail at  to make suitable arrangements

Early Bird 30% Registration payment must be received before early bird registration deadline to qualify for early bird discount. Early bird registration is 22nd May  2018
Student 25% Student rate applies to those registered for a higher degree. Student registration forms must be accompanied by a signed letter from your supervisor or head of department attesting to student status, Full time-postgraduate students should scan and email official confirmation of their status to our email.
Group 30% Group booking of 3 or more from the same company can enjoy discounts of up to 30% per person

  • Registration and payment must be done simultaneously to qualify for team discount
  • Any cancellations causing the team booking to fall below 3 delegates will result in the team discount becoming invalid

Payments can be made through Paypal or Money Transfer once Papers accepted or participation is confirmed.

Registration received after registration deadline will be accompanied by Euro 100 to standard fee because of the late registration

Cancellations of registration must be received in writing by the Secretariat no later than two weeks before the conference. Payments will be refunded less 100 Euro, a service charge and bank transfer charge. After the specified deadline, cancellations can be made, but registration fees are not refundable.
